HTC to grab Indian market with 'Sensation' and 'Flyer'

Bangalore: HTC is all set to launch its tablet 'Flyer' in India. The tablet runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS and it's powered by a 1.5 GHz single core Qualcomm processor. Flyer is already available at Letsbuy.com at a price of
37,500.
The tablet has a 5 MP camera at the rear and a 1.3 MP camera on the front. It has a 4000 mAh capacitive battery which gives up to 4 hours of video playback. It features Bluetooth 3.0, DLNA and Wi-Fi connectivity. It has a 7inch screen, MHL port, 1GB of RAM and an in-built memory of 16GB.
HTC Flyer may face competition in India from the tablet maker companies like Samsung's Galaxy Tab, Blackberry Playbook and the Apple iPad.
The company has also launched its multimedia smartphone 'Sensation' in Indian market. The smartphone is priced at
32,700. The phone runs on Android Gingerbread 2.3 OS and features a 1.2 GHz processor supplied by Qualcomm and it delivers HTC Sense 3.0 user interface (UI).
It comes with 4.3 inch touchscreen and an 8 MP camera with duel LED flash. It has 1 GB internal storage and 768 MB RAM. The device has an 8GB micro SD card and Gingerbread helps it to install apps automatically. Moreover it comes with a very nice design.
Smartphone companies like Nokia, Apple , Samsung, LG has already grabbed the Indian market and has been doing quite a good business. With introduction of HTC Sensation the market for smartphone will heat up even more.
