Google has added to its flagship smartphone series in India by introducing the Pixel 10 Pro and Pixel 10 Pro XL, which feature some of the biggest improvements in display resolution, camera features, performance, and charging technology. The devices are now available for pre-ordering and will go on sale from August 28.

The Pixel 10 Pro is equipped with a 6.3-inch OLED LTPO screen with a crisp resolution of 1,280 × 2,856 pixels and a silky smooth 120 Hz refresh rate. The Pixel 10 Pro XL takes it a notch higher with a bigger 6.8-inch OLED LTPO screen measuring 1,344 × 2,992 pixels with the same 120 Hz refresh rate and high outdoor visibility of 3,300 nits. Both are protected with Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 for added strength.

Internally, both devices are powered by Google's new Tensor G5 chip alongside 16 GB of RAM and a Titan M2 security co-processor, delivering strong AI performance and efficiency.

The new Pro series is also a highlight when it comes to photography. Both devices feature a triple-camera system: a 50-MP wide-angle lens, a 48-MP ultra-wide camera, and a 48-MP telephoto sensor with 5× optical zoom. They also feature next-generation AI-driven tools like 'Pro Res Zoom', allowing for hybrid zoom up to 100×, 'Auto Best Take' to pick the best frame, and 'Camera Coach' for assisting users in refining their shots. The front camera has been enhanced to a 42-MP sensor with autofocus.

Battery life receives significant enhancements, with the Pixel 10 Pro featuring a 4,870 mAh battery and the XL version including a bigger 5,200 mAh battery. Both offer fast 30 W wired charging, but the Pro variant also offers 15 W Qi2 magnetic wireless charging and the XL version faster 25 W Qi2.2 wireless charging. In India, the prices start at Rs 1,09,999 for Pixel 10 Pro and Rs 1,24,999 for Pixel 10 Pro XL, both with 256 GB storage.
