Fluke launches new series of portable oscilloscopes

Bangalore: Portable electronic test and measurement technology provider, Fluke has introduced a new range of portable oscilloscopes called the Fluke ScopeMeter 190 Series II. It is the first four channel scope that is specifically designed for harsh industrial environments and is safety rated for CAT III 1000 V / CAT IV 600 V environments.
The four input channels are independent of each other to perform differential floating measurements. The chassis of the Fluke ScopeMeter is sealed and does not have any cooling slots or fans for it to be protected from the environment. The instrument also has International Protection (IP) -51 dust and drip proof rating .
It comes in two models - 100 MHz and 200 MHz and has a sampling rate of up to 2.5 GS/sec and 400 pico second resolution. It is powered by a Li-ion battery that lets the instrument work for up to seven hours. It also has two USB ports and can easily connected to the PC to transfer waveforms or screen images for data analysis or archive.
