The Lumia 820 is the second smartphone, which comes under mid-range segment but delivers high-end performance in a compact package. While the Lumia 820 has the same unibody that look and feels as the high end Lumia smartphones.

The Lumia 820 is powered with Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Dual-Core processor at a clock speed of 1.5 GHz, 1 GB of RAM and 8 GB of internal memory along with microSD card slot for storage expansion and 7 GB of free Microsoft SkyDrive storage.

It sports 4.3 inch ClearBlack OLED WVGA display with a resolution of 800x480 pixels. It also features Super Sensitive touch, Nokia ClearBlack with high brightness mode and Sunlight Readability Enhancements. The Lumia 820 features all the same display technology of Lumia 920.

Other feature includes 8 mega pixel camera at the back with Carl Zeiss optics and Dual LED flash, VGA front facing camera which is capable of recording 1080p videos and it comes with 1650 mAh battery which also comes with Qi standard wireless charging support.

Price and Availability

Nokia Lumia 920 is available in yellow, red, gray white and black colors while Lumia 820 comes in red, yellow, gray, cyan, purple, white and black colors. Both phones will be available in LTE and HSPA+ variants and are expected to start shipping in select markets later in this year. Nokia will announce pricing and specific roll-out dates country by country when sales are due to begin.
