Dell has recently launched its latest gaming desktop, the Alienware Aurora R16. The desktop is available in two configurations: one with 13th Gen and the other with 14th Gen Intel Core processors. It can now be configured with up to NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 GPU. The Aurora R16 is 40% smaller in size compared to its predecessor, the Aurora R15, and it claims to offer a 20% quieter performance along with enhanced heat dissipation.
The thermal solution in this model includes a bigger air intake, which claims to lead to up to 10 percent lower CPU and 6 percent lower GPU temperatures, and also offers a 20 percent quieter performance on average. The Alienware Aurora R16 is said to be 40 percent smaller than the Aurora R15 in terms of size, but it has the same internal chamber volume as the R15 in order to adequately equip the PC to accommodate a variety of hardware. It also sports the Alienware Legend 3.0 design and is equipped with the updated Alienware Command Centre, which debuts with this model.
As a gamer, you can easily access crucial features such as macros, audio presets, game-specific profiles, themes, and lighting customization using the Alienware Command Centre. With the ability to choose from 16.7 million hues in three different lighting zones, you are able to enhance your gaming experience. The Command Centre also lets you save your preferences across the entire Alienware ecosystem.
The newly launched Dell Alienware Aurora R16 desktop is equipped with cutting-edge Wi-Fi 6 and Wi-Fi 6E technologies, providing seamless wireless connectivity. It also features 2.5Gbps Ethernet wired and wireless connectivity, ensuring lightning-fast speeds. The desktop comes with up to 32GB of 5600 MT/s DDR5 RAM and supports up to 1TB of SSD storage, making it a powerhouse for all your computing needs. Additionally, the system can be purchased with 80 Plus 80-platinum-rated power supplies, with options of 500W or 1000W capacities, ensuring maximum efficiency.
Dell Alienware Aurora R16 is also an eco-friendly machine, made with 56 percent post-consumer recycled plastics, the highest amount used to make any Alienware desktop. The chassis is also made with 11 percent recycled steel, and it is claimed to ship with recyclable and renewable packaging. This makes it an excellent choice for those who want to reduce their carbon footprint while enjoying top-of-the-line computing power.
