CES 2014 Witnesses An Overflow Of Wearable Tech

The trend of sporting these wearable devices is rising. Some of it is because many health-conscious people are in favor of fitness trackers. At CES, a number of fitness trackers are seen that are crafted by big and medium players in the market. Smart bands are easy to wear and use, hence creating a greater value for themselves. Gaming giant Razer and GPS major Garmin have launched their fitness bands at CES, and so has ZTE. The Nabu, the Vivofit and the BlueWatch will help users achieve fitness goals by helping them set goals, record their exercise patterns, heart-rate etc. LG’s Lifeband Touch is already set for a range of functionalities that include taking calls and playing music. ZTE’s BlueWatch is also plugged with similar features. Breaking away from the regular standards, CSR has introduced wearable tech in a fashionable style with its unnamed Bluetooth necklace that can put notifications around user’s neck.
