Buffalo launches eco-friendly ministation hard drive

Bangalore: Storage and memory solutions provider, Buffalo has expanded its line of hard drives with the launch of new Ministation USB 2.0. The hard drive ships in three capacities with a three year warranty period.
Available in the colors Black and White, the 320 GB version of the Ministation USB 2.0 is priced at
3,000, the 500GB version costs
4,000 while the 640GB version is priced at
4,500.
The hard drive is both PC and Mac compatible and has a lightweight chassis making it easier to carry around. The USB eliminates the need of an external power supply as it can be recharged through a laptop or netbook.
Susumu Kobayashi, Country Head, Buffalo said, "MiniStation USB 2.0 is an innovative storage solution for consumers as it comes with simple plug and play option. Designed for mobility, this drive is idle for secure, high speed storage and backup." The product is available in the market with reseller and large format retail outlets.
