The Lumia 525 is the lone Windows Phone device with a 1GB RAM battling against the likes of all other android phones. It comes with a 4 inch IPS display with a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels. It runs on a 1 GHz dual core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 processor and operates with Windows Phone 8 software.
