The Sony Cyber-Shot DSC-RX100 is a point-and-shoot camera which comes with a huge 1 inch image sensor that delivers SLR quality images.

It comes with 20.2 mega pixel CMOS image sensor and has a Carl Zeiss Vario-Sonnar T lens with 3.6x optical zoom. The image sensor is larger than the compact camera, a bigger sensor means sharper and improved low-light performance.

Furthermore it comes with high-resolution 3 inch LCD with a new feature called WhiteMagic that boost screen brightness. The company claims it can shoot up to 10 frames per second and can record Full HD 1080p video recording.
