When Sony unveiled the television with the highest resolution its competitors LG couldn’t be left behind. LG launched an OLED TV with was the thinnest TV at the event as well as the thinnest TV in the markets as well. The television comes with an ultra thin panel which, hold your breath, measures only 1 mm. Along with being the thinnest the device is also one of the lightest TV sets in the market, as it weighs only 10 kg.

The picture quality is also mind-blowing as it uses organic light emitting diode (OLED) technology. The nearest competitor to LG is Samsung who’s similar TV is just double the thickness of the LG TV set.

The launch date of the world’s thinnest TV is not yet clear but it is rumored that the set might cost you up to 5,00,000 which doesn’t comes as a surprise.
