Xiaomi's Redmi Note 2 Prime Is Expected To Launch Soon


sdBENGALURU: Xiaomi is on a hot seat as it has unveiled many of its smartphones in dead cheap price budget as many people opt for it as their initial smartphones. Xiaomi is all set to launch its Redmi Note 2 Prime smartphone in India soon as revealed in Amazon.in teaser. Even though the teaser doesn’t reveal the smartphone, the image of the smartphone resembles the Note 2 Prime, according to fonearena.com.

The Xiaomi Redmi Note 2 Prime was launched alongside the Redmi Note 2 in both China and August. The Redmi Note 2 Prime sports a 5.5-inch full-HD (1920x1080 pixels) display with a pixel density of 401ppi. It is powered by a MediaTek Helio X10 SoC clocked at 2.2GHz coupled with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage that can be expanded via microSD card up to 32GB.

The heart of the smartphone is powered by a 2.2GHz octa-core Mediatek Helio X10 processor which is of 64-bit architecture coupled with 2GB RAM that assists in running multiple applications simultaneously and seamlessly. The phone also comes with PowerVR G6200 graphics processor that adds to the gaming experience. The dual SIM smartphone runs Android v5.0 Lollipop Operating System.

The Note 2 Prime sports a 13MP rear camera that captures crystal clear images and a 5MP front camera for selfie’s and video calling. The camera comes with a variety of inbuilt features which include AF Phase Detection, Exposure compensation, Face detection and high dynamic range mode among others. The camera also records full HD video at 30FPS.
