BENGALURU: The Chinese company Xiaomi has announced that that the Redmi Note will be available at 8, 999 and the 4G model at 9, 999 sometime soon. # Design and display

On the design side, the Redmi Note shares the same design form of the Redmi 1S completely with its red colored navigation buttons, rectangular slab form factor with rounded corners and a removable back cover that goes around the edges of the phone.

On the other hand, both the models of Redmi Note look similar to each other though the 4G variant is lighter at 185gram compared to the 3G version at 199gram. The right edge of the phone comes with metallic keys for volume and power.

 Xiaomi Redmi Note features a 5.5-inch IPS display with a resolution of 1280x720 pixels. The display is protected by Gorilla Glass 3 which looks bright and exciting. It offers good sunlight readability and wide viewing angles also.
