Xiaomi Launches Three New Accessories


BENGALURU: Xiaomi has launched three new accessories apart from the Mi Max phablet. The first is Mi Band 2 fitness tracker cum smart watch which is the successor of the currently available Mi Band. Next is Xiaomi’s 10,000mAh Mi Power Bank which is priced at 1,500 approximately. And the third being iHealth which is a smart blood pressure monitor used in the latest wearable Mi Band 2 as a health-oriented accessory that shows deeper health-related metrics. The iHealth comes with a 4.3 display and can be connected through Wi-Fi, reports Tech 2.

The Xiaomi wearable, Mi Band 2 features a display that reduces its dependence on any smartphone. With the help of the display, users will not have to carry their smartphones while they perform any fitness activities. The first version of the wearable had a fitness application which was limited to counting steps and sleeping activity. This latest edition has more added fitness features which will make it popular amongst the fitness conscious people. The calorie meter is one of the most interesting features of this wearable which provides the accurate details of the calorie intake that will enable users to monitor their diet. Apart from these fitness features the latest Mi Band 2 is integrated with properties that will allow users to utilize it as a remote control for switching on various gadgets.

On the other hand, the 10,000mAh Power Bank also has a slimmer version which is 12.6mm thick. It features one USB Type-C port that can be utilized to charge any battery or a cell-phone. The Mi Power Bank also includes a principle USB port which comes with a LED power level indicator and a power button.
