These Android Devices Getting Jelly Bean Update

HTC is working on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean update for its flagship smartphone HTC One X, One XL and One S smartphones. There is no conformed date for the release of these updates.  The HTC One XL is a variant of the One X with LTE network in the U.S. market, therefore the L at the end the phone name.

Ausdroid, an Australian website for Android news have quoted the company saying, "We know HTC fans are excited to get their hands on Google's latest version of Android. At this point in time, we can confirm that we have plans to upgrade our HTC One X, HTC One XL and HTC One S to Jelly Bean. Please stay tuned for more updates regarding device upgrades, timing and other details about HTC and Jelly Bean."

Some of the HTC’s older handsets like the HTC Desire series might not get Jelly Bean updates as most of the Desire series smartphones are stuck with Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system.
