Samsung Unveils Galaxy A9 with 3GB RAM & 4000 mAh Battery


BANGALORE: Last week before Christmas, the South Korean Smartphone maker unveiled a new iteration of Galaxy ‘A’ series handset in China. However, the newly launched Galaxy A9’s price and availability details aren’t revealed in the launch event. The company says consumers have to wait until the New Year to know further details, reports NDTV.

The ‘A’ series Smartphones from the firm is known for premium quality build, which means the device is blessed with chamfered metal. These premium series phones not only sport quality build but also provide powerful specs under the metal clad.

The new Galaxy A9 was rumored months before and those rumors are true. The Galaxy A9 comes with a flagship similar back panel made up of glass and metal. The device sports 6-inch FHD display with a Super AMOLED screen.

The novel Phablet holds a 64-bit octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 652 SoC that is clocked at 1.8GHz. The SoC is paired with Adreno 510 GPU and a 3GB RAM, for the first time Samsung introduces a 32GB base inbuilt variant and it can be expanded up to 128GB.

On the camera front, the Samsung Galaxy A9 is fitted with a 13MP primary camera and an 8MP front-facing camera. The iconic home button doubles as a finger print scanner and another notable feature of this new phone is the huge 4,000mAh battery. The Galaxy A9 will be available in White, Gold, and Pink colour variants.
