The second smartphone that Samsung launched is the Galaxy Y Duos Lite. This smartphone comes with a 2.8 inch QVGA Display touch screen. The phone is powered by an 832 MHz processor. With the low processor one can’t expect much from the smartphone. The device functions Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system. The phone comes with a 4 GB internal memory along with a slot for the microSD card with which the memory is expandable up to 32 GB.

The phone is powered by a 1200 mAh battery. It comes with connectivity options like the Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and GPS. It is equipped with a 2 mega pixel rear camera.

Galaxy Y Duos is priced to fall in the budget category.  Both the phones from Samsung is mainly trying to target the audience who are just stepping out from feature phones and wanting to upgrade to a smartphone.
