Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 Is Around The Corner

Fortunately, data from the Indian import-export agency Zauba sheds more light on certain aspects of the slate. It is now confirmed the Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 is indeed an 8.4 inch device, the website also quotes a price of 34,941 for the prototypes that were sent to the country for testing. While, it is unlikely for this to be the final selling price, reports indicate Samsung is targeting the mid-range to high-end tablet market.

Not a lot is known about the exact specifications yet, except that it’ll feature Bluetooth LE, Wi-Fi a/b/g/n/ac and that it might come with a rear camera accompanied by an LED flash. It is yet to be seen if this is one of the two AMOLED display tablets that Samsung was rumored to be working on earlier. More information regarding the LTE variant is expected to be available sometime soon.

Reports indicate Samsung will officially unveil this tablet along with its second-generation Galaxy Gear smartwatch, two phablets and its first health-band at the MWC (Mobile World Congress) in Barcelona, Spain early next year.
