Nokia unleashed two Dual SIM Phones


Bangalore: Nokia renovated its portfolio of dual-SIM with the unveiling of two new Slider handsets, the Nokia C2-03 and Nokia C2-06. These cell phones are equipped with a 2 megapixel camera, stereo FM radio and media player. The storage medium can be expanded up to 32 GB. Nokia C2-03 can be availed with a function that allows customers to create at least five SIM cards dedicated to the look, feel and easy swap option, which permits the customers to change the SIM cards without turning the handset off or removing the battery. Nokia C2-02, C2-03 and C2-06 will hit the stores with a price tag of Rs 4289, Rs 4949 and Rs 5349 respectively. In extension to two dual-SIM phones, The Company has also launched a single variant of the Nokia SIM C2-02. The phone has a push messaging option and support large number of instant messaging. The handsets are also preloaded with applications that can be availed on the Ovi Store. The new phones also carry Nokia Life Tools, a SMS service that gives a range of agricultural, education and health informations. The company also included location-based service for the first time in the Series 40 platform with maps and local points of interest pre-installed on the phone. Now the Users can use Google Maps local search through SMS and GPRS.
