Intex Launched Dual-SIM Aqua 4.0 Smartphone

Bangalore: Intex has launched their first Android smartphone in the Indian market at a price point of 5,490. This dual-SIM phone is dubbed as Aqua 4.0 and is targeted towards young Indian customers.

Aqua 4.0 comes powered by an 800MHz processor, 512MB of ROM and runs on Android Gingerbread platform. The handset features 131MB of integrated storage which is expandable to 32GB using microSD card slot, a .5-inch 2-point capacitive touchscreen having a resolution of 480 x 320 pixels, a 3MP rear facing camera and a 0.3MP front camera.

For connectivity the device supports GPRS, Bluetooth, 3G and Wi-Fi. It sports a 1400mAh battery which claims to give about 3 hours of talktime or 140 hours of standby.

The phone comes equipped with some good features like three sensors – gravity, light, and proximity, and it supports both English and Hindi languages. The device is available in two colors – White and Black.
