Huawei Honor to be Launched in India


Bangalore: Chinese handset maker, Huawei is planning to launch the ‘Huawei Honor’ smartphone in the mid April in India. This smartphone has already spotted in an online shopping site Flipkart at a price tag of 19,990.

The device sports a big 4 inch high-definition (HD) capacitive touchscreen, powered by 1.4 GHz single core Qualcomm Scorpion processor, Adreno 205 graphic processor unit and runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread. The company promises to upgrade it for Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.

It also features 8 MP rear camera with LED flash, 0.3 MP front facing camera, 1 GB of internal memory and can be expandable up to 32 GB via microSD card. For connectivity it has Bluetooth, microUSB, 3G, EDGE, GPRS, Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi hotspot, DLAN and A-GPS.
