HTC Desire 820Q Review: Big Screen, Great Performance


BANGALORE: HTC Desire 820Q has it all, with latest octa-core processor. The phone has a glossy polycarbonate shell and a dual-tone color scheme. It is also one of the lightest and thinnest phablets in the market,reports India Today.

The HTC Desire 820Q runs on Android 4.4 KitKat topped up with the Sense 6.0 UI, it comes with a 5.5-inch IPS screen with a resolution of 1280x720 pixels. It is powered by Qualcomm's latest Snapdragon 615 CPU.

HTC Desire 820Q comes with a high-definition 13-megapixel camera with LED flash and BSI sensor, including an 8MP front-facing camera takes great photos and videos from both sides.

The device also comes with dual SIM slots and has 2GB RAM, and 16GB internal storage, which can be expanded by a card up to 128GB. One of the best things about HTC Desire 820Q is the long-lasting battery life. The 2,600mAh battery lasts over a day with moderate usage and a day with moderate-to-heavy usage.

The handset measures 157.7x78.74x7.74mm and weighs 155 grams. The phone also supports Wi-Fi, FM radio, Bluetooth, GPRS, EDGE, GPS, A-GPS, 3G and also 4G LTE connectivity.

On the whole, at a price of Rs 22, 000, the Desire 820Q represents great value and is the biggest screen phablet available in the market.
