Acer Z3 With Dual Core, Jelly Bean 4.2 Launched

Bangalore: After building a portfolio in the Tablet market, especially with the 8 inch Windows device, Acer, the Taiwanese manufacturer is now focusing into the luring Android Smartphone market with Liquid Z3, a 3.5 inch Android Jelly Bean device with medium specs.

The device is a successor to Liquid Z2 which was released earlier this year. The 3.5 inch screen has 480 x 320 pixel resolution, which is pretty basic on the current standards. The phone employs a 1GHz dual core processor backed by 512 MB RAM at its heart and the internal storage is limited to 4 GB with support for expanding upto 32 GB.

A 3 MP primary camera sits at the back without a flash and the device lacks a secondary camera. The dual SIM phone runs on Android Jelly Bean 4.2 with a 1500mAh battery. The Quick Mode profiles in the device assist users with many modes set for ease of use like basic mode, senior mode, classic more and keypad mode.
