Known as HTC Tiara, this Smartphone will be the first one to market with Windows Phone 8 GDR2 – the second update to Microsoft’s OS. The phone will also be pretty solid in state. The specs of the Smartphone include a 1.5 GHz dual core Snapdragon processor and a 1GB of RAM.  The onboard storage of the device will be 8GB according to recent updates.

The solid built device will have a 4.3 inch WVGA display with super LCD2 technology. The rear camera is 8 Megapixel and there is a 1.6 megapixel front unit to it. The midrange Smartphone is said to perform with 1800 mAh battery and will be released globally this May.

#1 Nokia Lumia 520

Nokia Lumia 520 is the cheapest Windows Phone 8 Smartphone that has gone official. The Smartphone is powered by a dual core Qualcomm Krait processor of 1GHz and coupled with a 512MB of RAM. The device has a built in storage capacity of 8GB which can be expanded up to 64GB and 7GB of Microsoft SkyDrive cloud storage.

Lumia 520 comes with a 4 inch LCD IPS capacitive touch screen with a resolution of 480 x 800 pixels resolution and a 5 megapixel camera that can shoot 720p HD videos  with imaging features like Cinemagraph, Panorama, Photoshoot and Photobeamer. But there is no front camera that supports video call option. The phone offers 14 hour battery life on 2G and 360 hours on standby.
