BANGALORE: Finding out the best calendar app has a greater impact on how we can stay more productive for the day. From the app that can detect your files for the next appointments, to the apps that can inform attendees regarding your late coming for the meeting, calendar apps have become more efficient and influential. Below listed are the six best calendar apps for your Smartphone, as compiled by Sitepoint.

Sunrise Calender (Free for iOS): Sunrise Calendar app comes with stylish and colorful user interface, and is an effective tool for organizing your schedule. By linking to your accounts such as Facebook, LinkedIn, iCloud, and Gmail, it integrates birthdays and appointments to its slick user interface. It offers complete information covering what users have done in the past and what they need to do in the future. What makes sunrise calendar an exceptional app is that it provides information visually, such as your contact image and icons indicating climatic conditions. While you travel, the timezone support will automatically adjust your appointment times to the exact hours. The weather feature of this app is also a useful add-on to plan your hectic days. As this app boasts Google connectivity, you can add location to the events through Google search. For instance, if you want to meet a person at the restaurant, start typing the name and it will display on the location lists. Just tap it and the address will be automatically saved to the event. You can set this app as default mapping service rather than using Apple Maps. When you hit on the address bar, it will display the option to give you directions.

1: We have recently released a new iPhone calendar called CalPal to the iOS App Store! It’s focused on simplifying the process of including people in your plans and coordinating within your calendar itself. Every event has a group messaging thread that can be used by the people included on an event.

As a result, the calendaring, the coordinating, the remindering and the syncing all happen in one place, reliably, for anyone associated with an event, which makes calendaring a substantially less effort-intensive habit. Our users find that they have far more control over their time and therefore do way more of the things they want to do.

We think that sparking massive lifestyle improvements is a big mission, but we’re thrilled that our new product is already resonating with people and empowering them.

2: I think that Cozi should get at least an honorable mention here. While it's not the most beautiful of apps (unless you love orange) it helps keep an entire family organized. My family uses it and we love it.
