The Acer Iconia Tab A700 proves that high resolution is not always a criterion for an amazing screen. It is very important that the panel type also matches up! The high screen resolution leads to sharper texts and graphics which almost reach up to the iPad Retina levels. The screen comes packed with 1,920 X 1,200 pixel resolution. The only let down about the screen is that Acer opted not to go with a non In Plane Switching (IPS) panel; and went with the normal screen display, otherwise the screen would have been near perfection.  Also the tablet isn’t backed by a powerful processor which makes us wonder if Acer could produce such a wonderful screen why couldn’t they go all the way with the processor as well.

The tablet is very comfortable to hold as the back is a mixture between rubber and leather and the corners are well rounded which is a lot like the Nexus 7.
