Apple TV is presently the most advanced TV when you take the technology into consideration, but even this TV needs a paid cable service. The death of cable connection is not going to happen so fast, you will have to depend on one or the other service provider for one more era. Lots of business, strategy and money stuffs run on the back ground when one show appears on your TV screens and this model will take a lot of time to change. So the TVs to come up with an in-built cable connection are a thing of far away future.

5. Are TVs in Death Bed?

There are a lot of other entertainment sources which can compete well with the TVs. The penetration of internet making most of us watch more youtube videos than TV shows is one and the gaming consoles like Microsoft’s Xbox and Sony’s PlayStation are the other. But the gaming consoles still give a surviving factor to TVs, even if the real use of TV is forgotten.

If the tech-giants makes some wise strategies with the implementation all these new technologies into their boxes we can even see our favorite TVs raise up from the bed take a whole new form to surprise us. Let’s hope the later will happen.
