FixYa, a Q&A website for gadgets has published a report comparing consumers’ issues across most popular smartphones including the newly released Galaxy S III smartphone. This report has been generated from over 25 million users, 6.5 lakh experts and 15 million product problems and solutions.

1. Microphone Malfunction

Although the smartphone can be used for so many things besides talking but most people reports the issue of microphone malfunction. According to the FixYa report 50 percent of the problem is related with its built-in microphone. This problem can be noticed while voice calls, due to microphone malfunction users are unable to hear the person on the other end of the line. In some cases, the voice is low and sometime there is no voice at all.
