To start with the voice dial, just click on the apps button on the home page of your phone. Select voice commands from the app list and speak the word ‘Call’. Then tell the name of the person whom you like to contactor their contact number. If you want, you can also click on the ‘Call’ option as well. Keep on say the words ‘call’ and the ‘contact name’, until the phone recognizes your voice. When you use voice dial, try to articulate the name properly then only it can identify the contacts. If multiple contacts are there with the same name, it will ask you to select a contact before making a call.

You can have some shortcuts on your home page, but there is also some limitation. On Android and iPhone devices, you can install any app by saying its name. You can use commands such as 'open app name' for Android and 'launch app name' for iPhone. You can also play music by speaking out 'play music', 'play album name' or 'play artist name'.
