5. Sony eVilla
EVilla is a network based on BeOS system Recreation Center, equipped with the mouse, keyboard, and vertical-type display, dial into the network, the built-in applications.
EVilla announced in January 2001, and ended on August 30, 2001. Sony said sales of the product failed to meet its expected, operation effect than expected. Meanwhile, most customers preferred cheap Windows PCs.
