#5 Buffalo Ministation Thunderbolt

Storage capacity: 1TB
21,990
Buffalo’s Ministation Thunderbolt is a portable disk drive offering easy plug and play USB and thunderbolt storage. It is also an inexpensive device letting you carry a lot of data without any worry on how you are going to connect it to your computer. This storage device aims at Mac notebook users with its styling, and  it is formatted with HFS + by default and an inclusion of Mc centric thunderbolt interface.
The drive is bus powered and has no option for a separate power supply. It has a time Machine backup for which you can schedule your backups and automatically protect your important files with ease.
The sleek aluminium designed hard disk measures it performance speed up to 46.3 MB per second for reads and 49.1 MB per second for writes. These speeds won’t stress either the thunderbolt or USB 3.0 interfaces, but they are quite respectable for daily use. The device is available for 21, 990.
