Sony unveiled two new waterproof smartphones – the Xperia Go and the Xperia Acro S in the month of May, 2012. Out of these two models the Xperia Go is up for pre-order in various Indian online shopping sites from July, 2012.
Sony Xperia Go is a rugged smartphone which works on a dual core 1 GHz processor and Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system (would be upgraded to Android 4.0 ICS). The phones sports a 3.5 inch Reality Display with Mobile BRAVIA Engine which gives you razor sharp clarity and it also has scratch resistance mineral glass cover. It equipped with a ‘wet finger tracking technology’ which allows the user to use the phone even if they are wet.
Xperia Go sports a 5 MP camera at the back, an 8 GB internal memory which is expandable up to 32 GB using microSD card slot and supports connectivity options where you can connect the device to your TV and let you to watch TV directly on this device.
