3. On Not Resting on Your Laurels
Humility is the best trait of true leaders. Humility teaches us to be down to earth when we have achieved great things and not lose our goal when we are down. Jobs was also among such humble leaders. To him, humility is the one thing that keeps our head from getting inflated with success. Jobs quoted, “I think if you do something and it turns out pretty good, then you should go do something else wonderful, not dwell on it for too long. Just figure out what’s next.” So, work towards achieving better things and yet be rooted to humility.
