Since, people get off at each airport meant for boarding on and off, seats get vacant and other passengers can vouch for these seats. Since, most of such flights do not fly at full capacity; airline officials provide these seats at a lesser price. People who have a bit more time in their hands can go for these seats as they are more easily available and also cheap.
