AS an MNC, the company believes in giving back to the society. The firm has also adopted global best practices. He also says that a CFO must not be carried away by a boom or slowdown but must stay watchful. A CFO must also remain calm and composed during hard times. The CFO must also think of things in a long-term perspective and seek opportunities for top level growth as well. He believes that “a slowdown is a good time to trim the fat.”
