According to Kiruba TV, Mahalingam played a key role in helping TCS become a $6.3 billion worldwide firm. He also has sound knowledge of human resources, training, education, marketing and operations. He received the ‘CFO of the Year’ award in 2006 by International Market Assessment (IMA). He also won CNBC TV18’s ‘Best Performing CFO Award in the Technology Sector’ in 2007.
