What if you lent a heavy sum to your friend and she misses a payment or two, and then shows up high an expensive accessories, then what would you say?

Please don’t make assumptions by thinking that she may have received the purse as a gift or she got a raise. Yes you will get tempted to confront her angrily, but don’t. Rather ask her, “This is bothering me, and I don’t want it to come between us. But you missed a payment to me and now I see you with an expensive purse.” You might have learned a lot from this incident, so make sure from never lend money to friends.
