Bangalore: The investment objective of PSU Bank Benchmark Exchange Traded Scheme (PSU Bank BeES) is to provide returns that, before expenses, closely correspond to the total returns of the securities as represented by the CNX PSU Bank Index. However, the performance of Scheme may differ from that of the underlying index due to tracking error. The minimum subscription amount is Rs. 10,000.00.

The Net asset value (NAV) of the scheme is Rs.319. 59 as of Jan 20,2012 and the price earnings ratio of each share is 10.18 as on  Nov – 2011.

A major portion of the portfolio is invested in banks, which makes about 44 percent of the portfolio. 44.63 percent in State Bank of India, 11.58 percent in Bank of Baroda, 11.54 percent in Punjab National Bank, 6 percent in Canara Bank and 6 percent in Bank of India.
