He is experienced in the Real Estate Business for over 30 years, and he is a graduate in Real Estate
Management. He has also gained a Diploma specializing in Real Estate principles and practice from University of Fullerton,
Los Angeles, California, U.S.A He hails from Bangalore and his families are original resident of Bangalore for more than 10
decades and have been involved in trading activities. In Bangalore Farook Mahmood has been the linchpin in finalizing
numerous deals for multinational corporations, companies and High Networth Individuals. He went on to set up the National Association of Realtors India in 2007, a national body comprising agents’
associations. Later that year, he brought about an affiliation with the US-based National Association of Realtors to turn
National Association of Realtors to National Association of Realtors – India, a global organisation set to bridge the divide
between nations in the property space. He has also been recently elected for a period of 3 years on the board of International
Consotium of Real Estate Associations (ICREA), USA as the sole representative of India & Asia.
