Mr J D Stuart Macaskie is CEO of Maxwell and Stuart Project Management Pte Ltd. Mr Macaskie is a chartered Civil Engineer with around 43 years of experience in the design, project management, construction and operation of buildings in all sectors. This includes working in north America, Europe, Middle east and South Asia on projects such as hospitals, five star hotels, universities, mixed use developments, retail malls, high end residential developments and government buildings. Mr Macaskie has significant experience of forensic engineering on new and heritage buildings, including subsequent rectification works.
