Dr.Shanmugam
Director, Regional Services Division, Indira Gandhi National Open University New Delhi (IGNOU)
Presently heading the biggest division of IGNOU, Dr. Shanmugam has a vast experience of more than 25 years in Open and Distance Learning System specialised in learner support services. He has held the position of Regional Director of IGNOU at different Regional Centres viz. Ahmedabad (Gujarat), Mumbai (Maharashtra), Cochin (Kerala), Madurai (Tamil Nadu) and Vatakara (Kerala) in the past. Having served as Chairperson/Member of various committees taking major decisions on Student Support Services of IGNOU, application of technology for effective delivery of academic resources has been his major focus. Dr. Shanmugam earned his Ph.D in Statistics in 1992 from Gujarat University Ahmedabad and published several research articles on statistics and distance education.

Dr. A M Rawani

Professor Madhu Veeraraghavan

Prof. Madhu obtained his B.Com from University of Mumbai & an MBA (Finance & Investments) and PhD (Finance –Asset Pricing) from Australia. He was instrumental in setting up the largest finance lab at TAPMI with 16 Bloomberg terminals.
