Walden C. Rhines
CEO & Chairman, Mentor Graphics
Dr. Rhines, a leader in worldwide electronic design automation. Prior to joining Mentor Graphics, Rhines was Executive Vice President of Texas Instruments’ Semiconductor Group, sharing responsibility for TI’s Components Sector, and having direct responsibility for the entire semiconductor business with more than $5 billion of revenue and over 30,000 people. Rhines is currently in his fourth term as Chairman of the Electronic Design Automation Consortium. He is also a board member of the Semiconductor Research Corporation, Lewis and Clark College and the Portland Classic Wines Auction. He has previously served as chairman of the Semiconductor Technical Advisory Committee of the Department of Commerce, as an executive committee member of the board of directors of the Corporation for Open Systems and as a board member of the Computer and Business Equipment Manufacturers Association (CBEMA), SEMI-Sematech/SISA, Electronic Design Automation Consortium (EDAC), University of Michigan National Advisory Council and Sematech.

Dr. Naveen Gautam
Managing Director, Hella India Automotive
Dr. Gautam is an expert in automotive electronics and systems development. Dr. Gautam also has extensive experience on vehicle E/E architecture design, common features and components deployment across carlines. He has over 25 years of experience in academia and industry worldwide. Prior to taking over current role, he was responsible for establishing Hella electronics development center in Pune which was founded to cater R&D needs of Hella for developing local products for Indian automotive customers and supporting global development projects from India.
Dr. Gautam is a Mechanical Engineering graduate with Manufacturing Science M.Tech from IIT Kanpur. He also acquired his Ph.D. in lean product development from Wayne State University Detroit, USA.
