Frans Ryden
Finance Director, Cadbury India
Frans Ryden is the Finance Director for Cadbury India since April 2011 and was the only employee from Mondelēz International and only foreigner to join the Indian business for the first two and a half years following the acquisition in 2010. With hands-on experience in integrating companies and in working in international environments Frans played a significant role in bringing Cadbury into Mondelēz and protecting investment and growth in India. Frans was previously Finance Director for Mondelēz in Indonesia, where he helped transform the business into a global focus country with the fastest growth and best cash conversion in southeast Asia. Indonesia also became an exporter of finance talent and processes for organisational development implemented by Frans are now used throughout Mondelēz Asia-Pacific. Frans started his career as a corporate auditor with Altria Group in Germany in 1999 and since then also lived in the United Kingdom, Philippines and Singapore where he worked in area and regional finance roles. Frans is a native of Stockholm, Sweden, and holds a bachelor’s degree in business and an LL.M (master of laws), both from Stockholm University.
Ganapathy Subramaniam

Ganapathy Subramaniam, a Chartered Accountant by profession has worked in industry for over 29 years. In this period he has worked in various sectors like Telecom (BPL Mobile), Media (Star TV, Times Group), and Infrastructure. Having worked with companies both in their start-up stage and their mature phases, he has had the experience of providing leadership to large teams of skilled professionals both within the finance function and also in IT, Customer Services and Commercial functions. He has had the opportunity of raising capital both in the domestic and international financial markets. Currently as the CFO of Hathway Cable & Datacom, a leading Cable Television & Broadband Services provider, he is a key member of the leadership team guiding the organization through digitization of its’ network preparatory to mandatory digitization as contemplated by recent amendments to the Cable Television Act.

Krieshan has worked in various sectors like manufacturing, power generation and distribution, steel manufacturing, services sector, Retail sector, real estate, Hospitality, F&B etc. Prior to joining Wadhawan Group as Group CFO , he was associated with Reliance Retail, where he had worked as Head - Commercial (CFO Role) for the Reliance Fresh Vertical of the Reliance Industries Group. Krieshan served as Deputy Director (Finance), APEDA under Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India, New Delhi in 1994.
