The Changing Role of CFOs in SMEs
For CFOs in SMEs particularly, the recent global economic downturn has been a pivotal event, though not in expected ways. Under a glaring spotlight, SME CFOs and their finance departments have had to address urgent capital acquisition, cash-flow and revenue challenges.
