To become a Crowning Feather in the world of Engineering and Technology Rajasthan Vikas Sansthan has established Vyas Institute of Engineering & Technology. The VIET aims to impart new values and skills to those who have potential and are willing to face challenges of new millennium as technocrats. Our structure of engineering programme inculcates in the minds of students feeling of commitment to lead futuristic technological world. The VIET offers four year (eight semesters) full time residential Bachelor degree programme leading to B. Tech degree in five emerging frontier of technology

Eligibility :

A candidate having passed in the Final Examination of 10+2 (class XII) of Board of Secondary Education Rajasthan, with following subject combination or any other examination recognized equivalent thereto by University in Rajasthan and cleared Rajasthan Pre Engineering Test (RPET) examination is eligible for admission to B. Tech programme through RPET.

Admission Procedure :

Admission to B. Tech programme are routed through merit in RPET examination conducted by Director, Technical Education, Govt. of Rajasthan and AIEEE examination conducted by CBSE, New Delhi. Presently there are three categories of admission.

85 percents seats through RPET/AIEEE.

15% seats through management quota-as per guidelines of Govt. of Rajasthan.

Lateral admission to II year B. Tech is offered to engineering diploma passed candidates or B.Sc. degree holders in 10 percent of intake capacity in each branch as per guidelines of Govt. of Rajasthan and Coordinator LEEP, Director, Technical education, Govt. of Rajasthan.

Training & Placement Cell :

Vyas Institutes of Higher Education, Jodhpur has a dedicated training & placement cell to arrange the placement & summer training for the students of the Institutes. Under the guidance of TPO students get an opportunity to be placed in reputed multinational organizations.

The Training & Placement Cell, Vyas Institute facilitates the process of placement of students besides collaborating with leading organizations and institutes in setting up of internship and training program of students.

The office liaises with various industrial establishments, corporate houses etc which conducts campus interviews and select graduate and post-graduate students from all disciplines. The Training & Placement Cell provides the infra-structural facilities to conduct group discussions, tests and interviews besides catering to other logistics. List of Companies where the students of VIHE would under go training, have been already placed or companies approaching for campus placement and offering good packages
