It is an institute with total commitment to quality and excellence in academic pursuits.

The college invites expert from reputed institutes / industries to deliver leactures to the students on various engineering technologies of science & technology. We arrange industrial tour & visits and vocational training during vacation to keep the students aware and abreast of the challenging times. Sensitive and responsive to the Phenomenal growth in science and technology,UCOEconducts seminars, workshop and technical paper symposium at national level for the benefits of technology and science community.

UCOEhas always treated the education of technology as social responsibility. It encourages the students to actively participate in one week extra-curricular activities by conducting sports and cultural program "SMRUTI" every year. The students are motivated to excel in the field of sports, dancing, music etc. helping them become socially advanced, spiritually elevated and industrially proficient. Every year the college publishes its magazine "AAROHAN Scaling New Heights". The students has proven track of excellent results in the university examination with many securing top university ranking.

The Training & Placement Office of the Institute has the responsibility of facilitating the Campus Recruitment Programme for all disciplines.

The Placement Office initiates and nurtures contacts with leading organizations/institutes for campus visits and is functional throughout the year. It endeavors to match the aspirations of the students with the needs of the Industry. It also assists the students for Summer/Winter Industrial training.

The T&P Division also provides counseling and guidance to the students regarding the visiting organizations, selection procedure, preparation methods & resources thereby ensuring that the students are adequately equipped to face the recruitment tests.

A team of Staff Coordinators & Student Placement Coordinators duly assists the T&P Office.

The central computer facilities are adequate for an online test for about 50 students at one time.

The auditorium, seminar halls and Interview cubicles, equipped with audio-visual aids provide the ideal venue for campus selection activities like Presentations, Written Test, Group Discussion and Interviews.
