Sachdeva Institute of Technology, Farah was established in the year 2001. It is managed and run by St. Joan’s Education Society, which is a registered society. The institute is affiliated to Uttar Pradesh Technology University (UPTU), Lucknow. Sachdeva Institute of Technology is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Government of India, New Delhi.Sachdeva Institute of Technologyconducts various disciplines of engineering at the undergraduate level. It also offers postgraduate course in the field of management - Master of Business Administration (MBA). Sachdeva Institute of Technology provides several facilities to its students. SIT has been ranked 6th amongst Uttar Pradesh colleges for MBA courses in the academic year 2008-2009. The society was established in 1982 and the promoters (SNPTC) have a long experience of 68 years of running educational colleges / institutions spread over various states of India.
