Rukmani Devi Institute of science and technology ( RDIST)established in the year 2007, is the endeavor of Kanha Shiksha Sansthan, Constantly striving to carve the local talents of the society into highly skilled excellent technical professionals of today’s demand. RDIST is honored with ISO 9001:2008 certificate. The Institute offers B.E. Degree in 6 disciplines with total intake of 420 students. RDIST is also offering MBA Degree in different streams of corporate demanding.

Rukmani Devi Institute of science and technology ( RDIST) was established as a creation by kanha Shiksha Sansthan., Bhopal in 2007 to impart high standard technical education not at the state level but up to national level also. Kanha Shiksha Sansthan is a leading education society engaged in education, training, info services. The sanstha is engaged in promoting education in the context of Indian Society for last 22 Years.

Realizing the most urgent need of the students for their placement during completion of their course, T & P Cell is functioning since inception of the college.The cell is ensuring appropriate placements of the students in the reputed MNC’s & National companies beside sarranging industrial Training which is necessary part of academic curriculum . Training and Placement Cell in the RDIST plays a vital role and is becoming a key department of the institute. As there are large numbers of Engineering and Management colleges coming up in UP, the competition for employment is increasing every day and the job of placement is becoming a challenging one.A full pledged placement cell is functioning in our college with a full time placement officer.

The Training & Placement Cell provides all audio visual facilities for PowerPoint Presentations, written test, group discussion and interviews. It plays a very importantand key role in counseling and guiding the students of the University for their successful career Placement which is a crucial interface between the stages of completion of academic program of the students and their entry into the suitable employment. This cell also coordinates various activities related to the career of the students along with the industrial training. The computerization of the entire activities of the placement Cell is in progress and this facility will be available to the organizations soon for easy and faster communication.

TRAINING AND PLACEMENT ACTIVITIES In addition to campus placements the T & P section organizes programs mock interviews, group discussions, case studies, etc. It also organizes the program like-
