Procedure
Admission Through Online Counseling (HSCS) Admission to the courses of B. Tech. will be done through Online-Off- Campus- Counseling organized by Haryana State Counseling Society, Panchkula. The interested candidates may check its website www.hscs.org for details regarding filling of forms, Also it is suggested that for latest information regarding various Key Dates and Procedure the candidates must check instructions laid down by Haryana State Counseling Society, Panchkula from time to time.Management Seats
Counseling procedure for 25% seats (including15% seats if any for children/ wards of NRIs) to be filled by the private institutions and left over/ unfilled seats of online counseling to be filled by all concerned institutes at their own level.
1. NCIT shall fill 25% seats (including 15% seats for children/wards of NRIs) at their own level in a just and transparent manner for which they shall invite the applications, prepare and display the merit list. The procedure shall be displayed by the Institute concerned on its website.
2. NCIT shall make these admissions before final cut off date of admissions.
3. The minimum eligibility condition for these seats shall remain the same as that for 75% seats to be filled by the Haryana State Counseling Society.
4. In the event of seats remaining vacant in B.E./ B.Tech course, if any, the vacant seats may be filled up before final cut off date of admissions firstly on the basis of AIEEE merit and only thereafter on the basis of marks of qualifying examination.
5. In any case all kind of admissions shall be done before the final cut off date admissions (as mentioned in key dates of HSCS, Panchkula) and the fee fixed by the State Fee Committee shall be charged as per the laid down procedure. In any case higher fee shall not be charged.
6. The final list of admitted candidates (including the institute level admissions) will be updated online on http://intrascbh.nic.in by the institutes by last cut off date of admissions, positively, so that the same may be forwarded online to the concerned Universities. The wrong admissions, whatsoever, shall not be permitted.
Process of Admission
The admission to all the Management seats will be done on the basis of the related Entrance Exam AIEEE 2012 or %-age in the qualifying examination.
Procedure of Registration against Management/NRI Seats
The candidate may fill the Registration Form (and send it at Address “Admission Committee, NC Institute of Technology, Israna, Panipat”). If the admission is granted and the candidate does not join NCIT within the scheduled reporting time, then the seat will be allotted to the next candidate as per the waiting list of candidates.
