Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Engineering & Management was established in the year 2007 with the aim to make the new generation become part of the revolution in the technological development through the curriculum that has both the theoretical and pratical approach in imparting the technical education. Institution is approved by AICTE, New Delhi & affiliated to RGPV, Bhopal(M.P).

Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Engineering & Managementis situated at Raokhedi on Agra Bombay bypass road Indore. Under the Dynamic leadership of Er.S.C.Jain, a person of eminence having vast experience in Engineering, Technology and management promoted the Institute branded to provide interaction between the different programmes, which helps the students, in widening the perceptionand their personality. A judicious combination of technical courses i.e. Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication, Information Technology, Civil Engineering were chosen to serve the wider continum of the society. Effective academic training along with strong personality development inputs with moral values and skills are part of the objectives. The culture developed in the institute aims not only to train the students to obtain placement in multinational and national companies but also to become successful entrepreneurs thereby not only serving the self but serving the cause of mother nation also in modest way.

Training and Placement Cell in theMahatma Gandhi Institute of Engineering & Managementplays a vital role and is becoming a key department of the institute. As there are large numbers of Engineering and Management colleges coming up in Madhya Pradesh, the competition for employment is increasing every day and the job of placement is becoming a challenging one. A full pledged placement cell is functioning in our institute with a full time placement officer.

The Training & placement Cell is commited to provide all possible assistance to its graduates in their efforts to find employment. This commitment is demonstrated by the existence of a full time professor in charge. Staffs are available to respond to student's question and concern of all kinds. This may include advice on placement procedures help with preparation of applications and resumes and practice for interviews. The aim is to ensure that students have the information and skills necessary for an effective job search.Those considering careers in education or in related fields are offered detailed career guidance at the Training & Placement Cell. Every efforts is undertaken to create opportunities for our students to get placements. We hope to reach maximum placements level in the years to come. .

The college has constituted an exclusive Pre Placement Course to assist the students to secure placements with the reputed Brands in their industry & brush up their skills before venturing into the professional world. The program includes basic comprehensive training on:-

Pre Placement Talk provides an opportunity to the recruiting company and the students to interact with each other. The presentation by the company regarding the history, growth potential, future opportunities, and jobs available (content, compensation package, location, etc.) Pre Placment Talk also provides a company with opportunity to recruit the first year students for summer training assignments.
