About us:

Institute of Advanced Computer & Research (IACR) was established in the year 1999. Initially teaching of Master in Comuter Appliactions (MCA) course was imparted and continued with the same till 2001. In 2001 we introduced the B. Tech. Degree Course with three branches namely Computer Science & Engineering (CSE), Information Technology (IT) and Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE). In 2002 Mechanical Engineering and in 2003 Civil Engineering courses were further introduced. We are proud to declare that we have the full fledged departments of CSE, IT, ECE, EEE, Civil Engineering and Mechanical Engineering since 2004 and we prepare students for the MCA and B. Tech. Degrees. In the year 2005 the Institution has got approval to conduct MBA course with 60 intake capacity. We are offering MBA course from 2006 with specializations in HR, Marketing, Finance and Rural Management.

As part of this program, IACR students get training on Oracle certificate and non-degree programs via Continuing Education. It allows easy and low cost Oracle training in the institution itself. IACR faculty are being trained by Oracle University from time to time, which keeps update on Oracle Technology. Members of the Workforce Development Program are entitled to a host of valuable benefits. Instructors, students and technical support staff from WDP member departments are eligible to obtain the 40% discount on Oracle certification exams.
